Refund Policy

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB and are purchasing from a country within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a right of returning in accordance with the following provisions:

Return Policy for Consumers (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)
You have the right to return items purchased from violeva.com within fourteen days without providing any reason. The return period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
For detailed information about your right of withdrawal, please refer to section 4 of our Terms of Service. It is crucial that you read the Terms of Service before initiating a return to understand the specific circumstances under which you are eligible for a return.
To exercise your right to return, please inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to return the items. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the return right before the expiry of the return period.

Consequences of Return

If you return items purchased from violeva.com, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive and inspect the items returned. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not incur any fees for the refund. 
You must return the items to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the return. The deadline is met if you send the items before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the items, which may vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the circumstances. This cost may not be the same as the initial shipping cost paid to receive the goods. If the initial shipping was free, the actual cost of the return shipping will still be deducted from your refund.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the items if this loss in value is due to handling of the items that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The above return policy applies only to consumers located in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). For consumers in Switzerland, Canada, the USA, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, return policies are determined by our company's internal policies and may differ from the above-stated provisions.
