The accuracy is good also as far as the health readings. I would recommend this watch as a good guide line for sleep, walking and blood pressure.

I have ordered a few of these pedometer/smart watches in the past. This is by far the best value for the money, and the instructions were super easy to use! Watch screen is big- I have small wrists, but it works fine for me. It will pull through text messages, just not group texts. I can call out on it with my android as long as blue tooth is on.

I love the silence feature for essentially a do not disturb sleep experience. I bought this to help monitor my sleeping, heart beat, and blood pressure. It is a nice little watch. If you need x-rays I would suggest taking off this watch. I thought mine died after I had x-rays done but once I connected the charger it sparked back to life and is still going strong.

I like that fact that it does what it says it does. Tracks my steps, b/p, pulse, exercise and has a breathing training type of thing , I would recommend this watch.
